I work with people ready to live authentically.

My name is Carol Zimmerman.

I'm a business owner, coach, trainer, and speaker.

I'm also a life-long learner of how to achieve a lifestyle that nurtures self-expression and sustainable results.

Juggling multiple hats is an art form.  And at times its tough.

I completely relate to the exhilaration of success and the despair of burn out. I've experienced the "mad hatter" moments that accompany decades of high-pressure, high-potential career and life choices.  I know the situation feels complex and would love to help.

Several years ago I took a career sabbatical. I wanted to rejuvenate and figure out how to master a life with both fast-paced achievement and peaceful self-expression. That was 2001 and since then I have combined my studies of this issue with professional training as a life and business coach, extensive education in Human Design, decades as a trainer and business leader, and experience helping others identify and achieve rewarding goals.

The result is a focus and structure that offers you an opportunity to experience more harmony, focus, and energy.  It allows you to tackle things you both want and need.  And the good news is you can fit this process into your current obligations.

Going through this process requires a collaborative relationship built on trust, so we'll want to get to know each other pretty well.  Below I've shared comments from previous clients, as well as a personal and professional profile.

What do some of my clients say after working with me?

"I feel like I'm finally putting things in a healthy perspective...like I've muddled my way through a lot of things.  I feel the power of choice I have and don't feel as though I have to please anybody.  I really don't feel the pressure of time being against me anymore either.  I feel as if I can claim a stake in my dreams and go for them.  Everything I want is a matter of strategy and management."

"With all the personal experience I have been through in the last few months, coaching came to me at the right time.  This whole exercise is something I should have done in my teens.  It was so enriching in terms of knowing myself in a positive manner.  What I thought of as weaknesses were actually my strengths and that I'm not alone...there are tons of people like me in the world.  It has given me a new confidence, which helps as I enter my forties...which I believe will be a new phase of my life.  It showed me alternatives to my current career.  It is teaching me to believe in myself and not worry so much about what others think.  As a result I am now making decisions that are very practical and which can be achieved without risking what I've already built for my life.  That was the greatest thing for me.  Not to be emotional about the process, but rather to be practical."

"Carol was able to make me see and do what others had not been able to.  She is professional, encouraging, a great listener, and creates an environment that is friendly and warm.  I really love her sense of humor".

"The work we did together drove the shift. A large part of it was related to the human design work, which really seems to resonate for me, though I can't process it logically. I just forgave myself for not being someone I can never be and elected to move on. And we can't underestimate the value of hearing you share the things that were similar in your life and how you handled and are handling them. I felt someone finally understood my illogical feeling. It wasn't about not working; it was about not feeling valued or valuable, despite all evidence to the contrary. You got that. That, along with your coaching questions, seemed to free me up."
